Yes. You may use GrantCookie on websites you manage for clients, as long as you have each client’s authority to do so. The Scale plan is for agencies running many domains: it covers unlimited domains, and its multi-client dashboard shows every client site and its consent rate on one screen.
Choosing a plan
Banner views are counted across every domain on the plan, and pricing follows banner views, with no charge per seat. The plans differ in how many domains and banner views they cover:
- Free: one domain and 25,000 banner views a month
- Growth: five domains and 250,000 banner views a month
- Scale: unlimited domains and two million banner views a month, with daily scans, the multi-client dashboard and priority support
Growth and Scale remove the GrantCookie mark from the banner. For more than two million banner views a month, write to sales@grantcookie.com.
What you are responsible for
- You must have each client’s authority to use the service on their websites, and you are responsible to us for its use there as if the websites were your own.
- Install the banner script only on domains you have connected and have the right to control. We may ask you to verify that you control a domain.
- If you give clients access to your account, you are responsible for what they do in it.
- You must not resell or offer the service to others as your own product. Using it on websites you manage for clients is allowed.
Your clients are not parties to our terms unless they have their own accounts. The full rules are in our terms and conditions.
Data protection roles
Under our data processing agreement, when you use the service for your own clients you act either as a processor for each client, with that client’s authority to appoint us as your sub-processor, or as a controller in your own right. Either way, you must have the authority to agree the DPA for every website you connect. Where you use the multi-client dashboard for your clients, you are our customer and are responsible for your agreements with them.
