Plans priced by pageviews

Each time a page on your website loads the GrantCookie script. Pageviews count towards your website’s monthly allowance on its plan. Ask support@grantcookie.com and we will tell you how many pageviews have been counted for your website.

We email you to discuss moving to a plan that fits your traffic. There are no automatic overage fees, and we do not charge for the extra pageviews without agreeing it with you first. If your pageviews stay above the allowance and we cannot agree a plan within a reasonable time, we may, after giving you notice, limit the service to your plan’s allowance or suspend it, as our terms describe.

Basic, Pro and Ultimate have a 14-day trial, and you do not need a card to start it. There is one trial per organisation, and we do not charge for it. The paid plan continues only if you add a payment method and confirm, and we then charge you from the day after the trial ends. If you do not continue, the website moves to the Free plan with its limits and features. Your configuration is kept, and the consent log keeps records as the Free plan does: for 30 days, after which they are anonymised.

Yes. Email support@grantcookie.com, or use the application where it offers the option. A move to a higher plan takes effect when you confirm it, and before you confirm we tell you what you will be charged. A move to a lower plan takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and features it does not include stop at that point. You can cancel a paid plan at any time: you keep its features until the end of the current billing period, and the website then continues on the Free plan unless you close your account.

Paying annually costs 20% less: Basic is $8 a month instead of $10, Pro is $20 instead of $25, and Ultimate is $44 instead of $55, billed as $96, $240 and $528 a year. You pay for the year in advance, and the plan renews automatically each year until you cancel it. If you cancel, the plan runs to the end of the year you have paid for.

Fees are paid in advance. If you cancel, we do not refund the rest of the billing period or pageviews you did not use. The exceptions, such as where the law gives you a right to a refund, are listed in section 6.7.2 of our terms.

Yes. We give you at least 30 days’ notice by email, and the new price applies from your first billing date after the notice ends. If you do not accept it, cancel before that date.

We tell you by email and may try again. If the fee is still unpaid 14 days after the billing date, we may move the website to the Free plan or suspend its paid features until it is paid. Your configuration is kept. If the website moves to the Free plan, the consent log keeps records as the Free plan does: for 30 days, after which they are anonymised.

No. Prices are in US dollars and exclude local tax. Where we must charge sales tax, VAT or a similar tax, we add it to your invoice at the applicable rate. You are responsible for any other taxes that apply to your purchase.

On paid plans, yes. Send us a CSV export from your current platform and we will import it, so your audit trail stays continuous.
