One account for every client site
- Each client site has its own plan in your account. Ultimate covers unlimited pageviews a month, with weekly automatic scans and priority support.
- Pageviews are counted for each site and reset on the first of the month.
- Priced by pageviews, with no charge per seat.

Designed to match each client’s brand
- Pick a layout, then set the colours, fonts, copy, button shapes and corner radius. No CSS to write.
- Standard customisation on Free. Advanced customisation on Basic, Pro and Ultimate.
- Ultimate removes the GrantCookie mark, so the banner carries only your client’s brand.
A record for every client
- Stores each choice with the time in UTC, a consent ID and the categories allowed.
- Records the banner version the visitor saw, so the log shows the question as well as the answer.
- Export the log on every plan.
- Moving a client from another platform? On paid plans, send us a CSV export and we import it, so the audit trail stays continuous.

Which plan suits client sites?
Each client site has its own plan. Basic is $10 a month for 100,000 pageviews, Pro is $25 a month for 300,000 pageviews, and Ultimate is $55 a month for unlimited pageviews. Billed annually, they are $8, $20 and $44 a month. Pageviews are counted for each site, and prices are in USD, excluding local tax.
Can we try it first?
Basic, Pro and Ultimate have a 14-day trial, and you do not need a card to start it. There is one trial per organisation, and we do not charge for it. If you do not continue, the website moves to the Free plan. Your configuration is kept, and the consent log keeps records as the Free plan does: for 30 days, after which they are anonymised.
Can I open a Free account for each client?
No. Our terms do not let you open more than one Free plan account, or act in any other way to avoid the limits of your plan. Run your client sites from one account instead, each on its own plan. Free is for one website. A client can also hold an account in its own name, and is then our customer.
Can I run GrantCookie on my clients’ websites?
Yes. You need each client’s authority to do so, and you are responsible to us for the use of the service on their websites as if they were your own. Install the banner script only on domains you have connected in the application and have the right to control.
Which platforms does it work with?
One script tag works on any site. There are set-up guides for WordPress, Shopify and Wix, and any other site works through Google Tag Manager or the JavaScript API. The banner supports Google Consent Mode v2.
Can my clients log in?
You can give colleagues or clients access to your account, and you are responsible for what they do in it. Anyone you give access to can see the account’s data, including the scan results and consent records of every site in it.
Who pays, and who bills my clients?
You hold the account and pay for the plan of each website in it. Where you manage domains for your own clients, you are our customer and are responsible for your agreements with those clients.
Who is responsible for my clients’ visitor data?
Under our data processing agreement, you act either as a processor for each client, with that client’s authority to appoint us as your sub-processor, or as a controller in your own right. In either case you must have the authority to agree the DPA for every website you connect, and you are responsible for your own agreements with your clients. The DPA applies to every plan, with nothing to sign. For a countersigned copy, write to privacy@grantcookie.com.
Can I resell GrantCookie?
You can use it on websites you manage for clients. Our terms do not let you resell it or offer it to others as your own product unless you have signed a separate written agreement with us. The strategic partner programme covers reseller arrangements.
